Used for the first time this week. Was an early start in the morning to be dropped off at the Station with my 2 little girls. Driver came to our door and took all our luggage and bags for us. Taxi was lovely and warm on a chilly morning. Very pleasant and chatty and a very reasonable price. Thanks for looking after us!

What can we say, Book a return MiniBus to the airport, these guys arrived early for us at 5am, let the kids have the Disco lights and Music on for there holiday excitement! Lovely lad driving he’s a proper bloke with good banter! Came home called at luggage belt within a few minutes he was outside putting our bags in the back on the boot! 10\10 for everything, we certainly won’t be using any one else every again! I had issues with the app and when I eventually got through on the phone I was redirected to the app. I’d had a cab booked and went on the app at the time the cab was due, to check the booking but it showed up as cancelled! When I eventually got through to the call handler they said that I had cancelled my booking and they could not get a cab to me for another 45 mins as my cab had been redirected and there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed as I was told that although they could get me another cab they could not guarantee when that would be. I was told that they would get me a cab asap but I was not sent any information. If it had not been for a phone call from a cab driver to tell me they were waiting for me I would have had no idea they were waiting. Thank you for that as I could not get though in the phone to find out what was going on.
