Absolutely great service, we had a cab to and from Newcastle / Rowlands Gill last night (Feb 22nd) and I can’t praise both drivers enough. Would deft recommend.

got a taxi to blaydon the other day it's the first time in in a while we have felt comfortable and had a laugh with our local taxi driver would definitely recommend and will be using again.

First class service, I booked to be collected from the airport at 1.40am. The car was there waiting for us and the driver couldn't be any more helpful.

First time using LT today. My mam got a taxi to swalwell cemetery with some balloons for a family members birthday. She left a single metal rose in the car and the taxi driver had clocked out and brought it to the cemetery for us when he noticed it and offered to wait for us. Highly recommend. Cheap, friendly and extremely thoughtful 😊

Rang for a taxi at about 1am expecting not to get a taxi straught away! within 10minutes taxi had arrived! Driver even made sure i got in the house okay as i was half cut! Praise for the local lads looking out for the local people💗 Highly recommend!!

Used for the first time this week. Was an early start in the morning to be dropped off at the Station with my 2 little girls. Driver came to our door and took all our luggage and bags for us. Taxi was lovely and warm on a chilly morning. Very pleasant and chatty and a very reasonable price. Thanks for looking after us!

Fabulous service from local taxis , I left a bag in the taxi last night, I rang the office to ask if the driver could drop it off at the office for me to collect as it was past midnight , they rang me back to say the taxi driver had found my bag and was on his way to return it for me , brilliant service , thank you

For their very quick response yesterday i couldnt have got to my daughter (who is heavily pregnant) as quick as you got me there when she had fallen and hurt her self x then. Over the past week I've had a few bad run ins with another firms drivers.. don't think I need to say whom! (One occasion being the driver pulled up seen me with my pram with newborn baby and her oxygen tank and said 'I won't fit that in here and drove off! without even offering another taxi!!) But LT came to the rescue and in this short week of us being out of hospital have went above and beyond to help me and my family with our baby and her additional needs, one driver even took my key and opened my door and made sure we were in safe before leaving. Would never even attempt to use another firm now, the world needs more drivers like the LT lads! Thank you from us all x
