She left a single metal rose in the car and the taxi driver had clocked out and brought it to the cemetery for us when he noticed it and offered to wait for us. Highly recommend. December 7, 2019I had issues with the app and when I eventually got through on the phone I was redirected to the app. I’d had a cab booked and went on the app at the time the cab was due, to check the booking but it showed up as cancelled! When I eventually got through to the call handler they said that I had cancelled my booking and they could not get a cab to me for another 45 mins as my cab had been redirected and there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed as I was told that although they could get me another cab they could not guarantee when that would be. I was told that they would get me a cab asap but I was not sent any information. If it had not been for a phone call from a cab driver to tell me they were waiting for me I would have had no idea they were waiting. Thank you for that as I could not get though in the phone to find out what was going on.
