Turned out I’d dropped it in his taxi and the absolute sweetheart brought it back to me as soon as he had a chance. Total legend. Brilliant firm with fabulous drivers. Used for the first time this week. Was an early start in the morning to be dropped off at the Station with my 2 little girls. Driver came to our door and took all our luggage and bags for us. Taxi was lovely and warm on a chilly morning. Very pleasant and chatty and a very reasonable price. Thanks for looking after us!

They have been getting me to and from work since the virus hit even though it's a shorter journey (ovingham to fernedene hospital) . A lovely bunch of drivers , all very pleasant and polite and good crack too . I would definitely reccomend and will continue to use them in future too.😊

Was stuck today trying to get a bedframe from Denton View too Parkhead, Rang every taxi firm I could and everyone refused to drop a back seat too fit it in but thankfully Local Taxis had no problem coming, dropping a back seat and giving me a hand loading and unloading as I was by myself, and didnt even want extra cash for doing so! absolutley amazing service and can't thank them enough!!

One of my clients required a taxi today from my salon as it's was too dark to get the bus home. I phoned to arrange one and the driver arrived within 10 minutes. He helped my client into the taxi with her bags too. Would highly recommend.

Over the past week I've had a few bad run ins with another firms drivers.. don't think I need to say whom! (One occasion being the driver pulled up seen me with my pram with newborn baby and her oxygen tank and said 'I won't fit that in here and drove off! without even offering another taxi!!) But LT came to the rescue and in this short week of us being out of hospital have went above and beyond to help me and my family with our baby and her additional needs, one driver even took my key and opened my door and made sure we were in safe before leaving. Would never even attempt to use another firm now, the world needs more drivers like the LT lads! Thank you from us all x
