Was stuck today trying to get a bedframe from Denton View too Parkhead, Rang every taxi firm I could and everyone refused to drop a back seat too fit it in but thankfully Local Taxis had no problem coming, dropping a back seat and giving me a hand loading and unloading as I was by myself, and didnt even want extra cash for doing so! absolutley amazing service and can't thank them enough!!

What can we say, Book a return MiniBus to the airport, these guys arrived early for us at 5am, let the kids have the Disco lights and Music on for there holiday excitement! Lovely lad driving he’s a proper bloke with good banter! Came home called at luggage belt within a few minutes he was outside putting our bags in the back on the boot! 10\10 for everything, we certainly won’t be using any one else every again! Fabulous service from local taxis , I left a bag in the taxi last night, I rang the office to ask if the driver could drop it off at the office for me to collect as it was past midnight , they rang me back to say the taxi driver had found my bag and was on his way to return it for me , brilliant service , thank you

They have been getting me to and from work since the virus hit even though it's a shorter journey (ovingham to fernedene hospital) . A lovely bunch of drivers , all very pleasant and polite and good crack too . I would definitely reccomend and will continue to use them in future too.😊

Over the past week I've had a few bad run ins with another firms drivers.. don't think I need to say whom! (One occasion being the driver pulled up seen me with my pram with newborn baby and her oxygen tank and said 'I won't fit that in here and drove off! without even offering another taxi!!) But LT came to the rescue and in this short week of us being out of hospital have went above and beyond to help me and my family with our baby and her additional needs, one driver even took my key and opened my door and made sure we were in safe before leaving. Would never even attempt to use another firm now, the world needs more drivers like the LT lads! Thank you from us all x

Turned out I’d dropped it in his taxi and the absolute sweetheart brought it back to me as soon as he had a chance. Total legend. Brilliant firm with fabulous drivers. Taxi's are on time. Driver's are polite and friendly. It's nice to see some of the driver's wearing shirts with company logo on. Gives them a smart, professional appearance. Clean cabs. Decent prices and it's nice to see the 'Set Fares' for hospital's and airport. A happy customer.

I had issues with the app and when I eventually got through on the phone I was redirected to the app. I’d had a cab booked and went on the app at the time the cab was due, to check the booking but it showed up as cancelled! When I eventually got through to the call handler they said that I had cancelled my booking and they could not get a cab to me for another 45 mins as my cab had been redirected and there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed as I was told that although they could get me another cab they could not guarantee when that would be. I was told that they would get me a cab asap but I was not sent any information. If it had not been for a phone call from a cab driver to tell me they were waiting for me I would have had no idea they were waiting. Thank you for that as I could not get though in the phone to find out what was going on.

Used for the first time this week. Was an early start in the morning to be dropped off at the Station with my 2 little girls. Driver came to our door and took all our luggage and bags for us. Taxi was lovely and warm on a chilly morning. Very pleasant and chatty and a very reasonable price. Thanks for looking after us!

what an exceptional taxi service it was my mother in laws funeral today and as we were not able to get a funeral car was no option but to get a taxi to the crem the 2 guys who took my family were really nice and waited at the house till the hearse came and also at the crem till after the service was finished what 2 lovely guys they were.
