They have been getting me to and from work since the virus hit even though it's a shorter journey (ovingham to fernedene hospital) . A lovely bunch of drivers , all very pleasant and polite and good crack too . I would definitely reccomend and will continue to use them in future too.😊

Huge shout out to Mike Mc. I’d been having a really crappy day, culminating in getting home to find I’d lost my phone. Turned out I’d dropped it in his taxi and the absolute sweetheart brought it back to me as soon as he had a chance. Total legend. Brilliant firm with fabulous drivers. What can we say, Book a return MiniBus to the airport, these guys arrived early for us at 5am, let the kids have the Disco lights and Music on for there holiday excitement! Lovely lad driving he’s a proper bloke with good banter! Came home called at luggage belt within a few minutes he was outside putting our bags in the back on the boot! 10\10 for everything, we certainly won’t be using any one else every again! Local taxi we thank you 🙂

what an exceptional taxi service it was my mother in laws funeral today and as we were not able to get a funeral car was no option but to get a taxi to the crem the 2 guys who took my family were really nice and waited at the house till the hearse came and also at the crem till after the service was finished what 2 lovely guys they were.

I had issues with the app and when I eventually got through on the phone I was redirected to the app. I’d had a cab booked and went on the app at the time the cab was due, to check the booking but it showed up as cancelled! When I eventually got through to the call handler they said that I had cancelled my booking and they could not get a cab to me for another 45 mins as my cab had been redirected and there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed as I was told that although they could get me another cab they could not guarantee when that would be. I was told that they would get me a cab asap but I was not sent any information. If it had not been for a phone call from a cab driver to tell me they were waiting for me I would have had no idea they were waiting. Thank you for that as I could not get though in the phone to find out what was going on.

First time using LT today. My mam got a taxi to swalwell cemetery with some balloons for a family members birthday. She left a single metal rose in the car and the taxi driver had clocked out and brought it to the cemetery for us when he noticed it and offered to wait for us. Highly recommend. Cheap, friendly and extremely thoughtful 😊

Rang for a taxi at about 1am expecting not to get a taxi straught away! within 10minutes taxi had arrived! Driver even made sure i got in the house okay as i was half cut! Praise for the local lads looking out for the local people💗 Highly recommend!!

Fabulous LOCAL people. Both taxis were early by a couple of minutes... bonus. Friendly local lads just what I want as a young women getting in a taxi on my own. Definitely recommend and be using them from now on 👌🏽👏🏻
